Our approach

A sequence from the first conversation to a workflow someone owns. This is the method, not a claim about a completed client project.

  1. Listen

We interview the people who do the work and the people who will answer for it.

What you hold at the end: a written account of the decision, the constraints, and who is affected.

  2. Frame

We separate uses worth funding from uses that should wait, and we say why.

What you hold at the end: a ranked recommendation, with each use marked in or out.

  3. Pilot

We try the change inside one real workflow, with a limit on scope and time.

What you hold at the end: a working pilot and a record of what broke.

  4. Install

We put the pilot into the operating process: the steps, the handoffs, and the checks.

What you hold at the end: the workflow running in the business, not only in a demonstration.

  5. Transfer

We name an owner and write down how that person keeps the system in use.

What you hold at the end: someone accountable, and a short guide for that person.

Tell us the decision in front of you

A consultation is a conversation about that decision. It is not a contract.
